Protein requirements: 100-147
Carbs: <50 ideally. 80 max
Fat: ??


Calorie breakdown
Protein: 400-588
Carbs: 200-320
Fats: Who knows? I'll try to add in some good ones.

Total calories? I don't know. I'll log for a while and see where I am.
